LOAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The L M System is a complete multi-user loan management system. It is used to control the day to day transactions as well as offer comprehensive management information. It is specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of organisations with Installment Debtors. The system can be used by banking institutions, micro-lenders, financiers as well as retail institutions using installment sale type transactions eg. furniture companies, computer companies, etc.
The system is designed to cater for the tracking of a deal from the quoting stage right through to the settlement or natural expiry. It handles all the unique requirements of this industry such as repossessions, electronic payments, structured collections, readvances etc. All these transactions are summarised into meaningful management and accounting information. L M System is designed for ease of use by front line staff, customer service staff and management.
Built into the system are numerous parameters that allow the system to be adapted to suit the needs of each individual institution. As a result the system can cater for many variations of company, branch, dealer and salesman structures. Various tables are kept to enable the institute to tailor the system to include or exclude data specific to that institution.
However, no matter how many parameters and tables are supplied with a system there will always be unique requirements that will need to be specially written for that particular institution. The L M System is written using a 4GL language and as a result special requests are quickly and easily implemented. Our philosophy is to ensure that each institution gets exactly what they need to run their business and not to be dictated to by the limitations of the computer system.
The L M System runs on most of the popular multi-user platforms, making it hardware independent. This allows the user to select their own hardware or to use existing equipment. Numerous features such as pull down menus, function keys, menu bars etc. make the system extremely user friendly.
The L M System has recently been completely re-written to make use of latest technology and to include latest concepts. This therefore is a state of the art system ready for today’s business requirements.
